Privacy Policy

In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Prolution has made a privacy Policy. In this document you can read which personal data we use for different purposes, how we deal with this data, And the rights you have in relation to your personal data. 

Personal data that is being processed

Prolution can process personal data of you, because you are using services of Prolution, and/or because you submit this data yourself (For example: by filling in a contact form.) 

Prolution can process these types of personal data:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your Phone number
  • Your E-mail adress
  • Your IP-adress
Why prolution needs this data

Prolution processes you personal data to contact you by phone if wished, and/or because you wrote us ( e-mail and/or mail). 

Prolution can also use your data in context of performing an agreement for you. 

How long does Prolution store your data?

Prolution will only store your data for as long as is necessary to perform the goal of which the data is stored for. If no goal is performed or we didn’t come to an agreement your data will be stored for a maximum of one year.

Sharing with third-parties

Prolution will only share your data to third-parties if necessary for the performing of an agreement with you. Or to comply with legal obligations.

Mapping the site visit

On this website a general record is kept of visitors, including the IP-adress of your computer and the time of requests your browser makes including the data the browser sends. The data will be used for analysis of visit and clicking behaviour on this website. Prolution uses this information to inprove the performance of this website. This data wil be anonymized as much as possible and will not be shared with third-parties. 

Google Analytics

Prolution uses Google Analytics to keep track of how users use this website and how effective the Adwords-adverts of Prolution are on Google Search pages .The gathered information, inlcluding the IP-adress of your computer are then transferred to Google and saved on their servers in the US. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used and to be able to deliver reports to Prolution and it’s advertisers to see the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google can share this data to third-parties if Google has a legal obligation to do so. Prolution has no influence on how these third-parties process data on behalf of Google.

Prolution has not given google permission to use the data gathered with Google Analytics for other Google services.

Seeing your data, editing or removing it

You have the right to see your stored personal data and correct or delete it. You have the possibility to send a request for access, correction or removal to  dbregman@prolution.nl. Prolution will react as quickly as possible, but within four weeks on your request.

Security

Prolution takes protection of your data very serious and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse of data, loss, unauthorized access or data leaks.  The website of Prolution uses a reliable and thrustworthy SSL Certificate to make sure your date will not fall into the wrong hands.
