Purchase

Our purchasing department is responsible for sourcing the components required for the assembly of PCBs (PCBA). The selection of these components is based on the Bill of Materials (BOM) provided by the customer.

This BOM is subsequently converted into an internal bill of materials within our ERP system. This enables us to implement demand-driven inventory management and organize the purchasing process efficiently, ensuring that the right materials are available for production on time.

How we work

Quality control

All our production sites are ISO-certified and operate according to internationally recognized quality standards, including the relevant IPC guidelines. Quality is a core value at Prolution. Therefore, our Quality Assurance department plays a central role throughout the entire production process. Full traceability of components and assemblies is guaranteed, enabling effective batch control and quality monitoring.
All PCB assemblies (PCBAs) are thoroughly inspected and only released for shipment after formal quality approval. The inspection methods include visual inspection, supported by automated optical inspection (AOI) and, where applicable, X-ray inspection systems.
In addition, where possible, functional tests are performed using test equipment supplied by the customer or test systems developed by Prolution itself. The test results are recorded and documented to ensure consistent product quality, high reliability, and continuous improvement of processes and products.
